Join our very first School Holiday Clinic! A fun-filled day designed specifically for kids to enhance their skills, boost their confidence, build their love for the game whilst creating lifelong friendships. The day includes drills on skills around shooting, passing, catching, and court agility. Plenty of conditioning/priming games for teamwork building. And even a shooting masterclass session from ‘Sophie Fawns’! All of this to provide the kids an insight into a training day for a SSN player!
Improve fundamental netball skills with a focus on footwork, attack, defence and passing techniques
Engage in drills and activities that enhance agility and overall fitness
Learn to read plays, positioning and spatial awareness on the court
Build confidence on and off the court through goal setting practices
Emphasis on precision passing and execution of attack and defence skills under pressure
In-depth analysis of game strategies and positional play
Fitness specific activities to enhance agility, speed, and endurance
Feedback and individual goal setting to work on
