Skill Devlopment: Passing, catching, kicking, tackling/tag, defensive/attacking techniques
Tactical Training: Positional Awareness and team strategy for different styles of play.
Speed & Agility: Drills designed to enhance acceleration, cutting, jumping and all performance demands specific to various positions of the field
Game Play: Small-sided games and match play. Merging the skills and tactical development learnt into practice.
Who Can Attend
Players of all skill levels are welcome! Our sessions are tailored for kids ranging from 5-16yrs. Age grouping will be in place on the day of the clinic.
